- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions and improve user experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for users and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of developers.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
