Assistant Professor of Accounting
About the role
Marquette University invites applications for one tenure-track position beginning Fall 2027 to be filled at the rank of Assistant Professor. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree or be in the final stages of dissertation. Relevant work experience and/or professional certifications are preferred, but not required. Scholars with expertise in either archival or experimental methods are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities will be in either financial accounting or accounting tech at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a teaching load of 12 semester hours during the first year and 15 semester hours thereafter.
- Salary and research support are competitive, including travel funds and guaranteed summer support for at least the first three years.
