Assistant Professor - Heart & Vascular - DOS

Primary Role & FTE

Assistant Professor position with a clinical appointment at Emory Johns Creek Hospital (EJCH) and Emory University Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital (EUOSH).

Clinical Service Expectations

• 9 clinical sessions per week
• Divided effort between:
• Clinical session of outpatient clinic at EJCH
• Participation in the Vascular Surgery on call rotation at EJCH (1 session per week)
• Administrative activities
• Serve as a surgeon in the Division of Vascular Surgery within the Department of Surgery
• Active inpatient and outpatient practice
• Expectation of meeting/exceeding established departmental clinical goals
• Call coverage responsibility with the section at EJCH
• May be assigned to additional Emory Healthcare locations based on business needs
• Provide Spine Exposure services at EUOSH
