About the role
The Department of Pharmacology, Physiology, and Neurobiology (PPN) at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking applicants for a full-time (12-month), non-tenure track, educator faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor.
Responsibilities
- Directing and teaching organ systems physiology in graduate level Physiology courses.
- Collaborating with departmental faculty to develop course materials and strategize innovative teaching methods.
- Serving on curriculum and educational program committees, as needed.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physiology and/or Pharmacology or similar fields in biomedical sciences.
- Experience in teaching at the baccalaureate and/or graduate school level.
- Postdoctoral research experience is considered.
- Experience in course oversight or administration.
- Evidence of excellence in teaching at the baccalaureate and/or graduate school level.
