We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of position (About the role). Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Minimum Qualification-Education/Experience (Qualifications). Desirable Qualifications (maybe Skills or Qualifications). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. There's mention of "Position Status: Tenure-Track", "Employee Group: Full-Time Faculty", "Employment Begins: Fall 2027 # of Months: 12". That could be schedule? It's not exactly schedule but indicates full-time, 12 months. Could we include Schedule? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state employment begins and months, which is schedule info (full-time, 12 months). So we could include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits not stated. Pay not stated (salary: Description of Position: but no actual salary figure). So omit Pay and Benefits. We need headings:

for each section. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from description, duties, qualifications, desirable qualifications, schedule info. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, legal, copyright, application instructions (To apply, visit...), inquiries contact? The instructions say remove application instructions. Should we remove "Inquiries: Contact Emerald Templeton..."? That's contact info, maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction but could be considered contact. The rule: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the Inquiries line. Also remove "Job Open Date", "Job Close Date", "Open Until Filled: No", maybe those are metadata but could be considered minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph with metadata like posting number, location, dates. But we might drop them as not essential? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Metadata like posting number, location, dates might be considered substantive? Probably yes, but they said fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short

with Posting Number, Location, Job Open/Close Dates, Employment Begins, etc. But we already have Schedule section for employment begins and months. Could include metadata in a

before sections. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract substantive content: - Description of Position: paragraph about CS department seeking full-time faculty, focus on teaching programming and foundational CS courses, etc. - Duties and Responsibilities: list bullet points (starting with "In addition to contractual duties..." then list). We'll need to convert to

    • . - Minimum Qualification-Education/Experience: paragraph with multiple options. We'll keep as

. - Understanding of and sensitivity to... (that's part of minimum qualification). We'll keep. - Desirable Qualifications: numbered list (1.,2.,3.,4.,5.). We'll convert to

      • . - Position Status: Tenure-Track, Employee Group: Full-Time Faculty, Department: L6007-Computer Science, Employment Begins: Fall 2027 # of Months: 12. Could be schedule. We'll create sections:

        About the role

        with the description paragraph.

        Responsibilities

        with
        • list of duties.

          Qualifications

          with minimum qualification paragraph.

          Skills

with desirable qualifications list (maybe rename to Skills). Or we could put under Qualifications as separate list. But we have both minimum and desirable. Could combine into Qualifications with two subparts? But rule: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could have Qualifications include both minimum and desirable as separate

          and

. That's fine. We could also have a

            Schedule

with paragraph about tenure-track, full-time, employment begins Fall 2027, 12 months. We must not include Pay or Benefits. Let's craft. Check for any duplicated lines: The description includes "The Computer Science Department at Los Medanos College is seeking a full-time faculty member..." etc. We'll keep. Duties list: need to capture each bullet after "Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:" The list includes: - advancing equitable student learning through dedicated, exemplary instruction in accordance with established course outlines; - participating in the assessment of student learning outcomes for courses and programs; - developing and implementing student learning outcomes assessment processes for courses and programs; - collaborating in the development and revision of curriculum and in program review; - engaging in department program improvement initiatives; - participating in department, division, and college committees; - participating in professional development activities, both departmental and college-wide; - maintaining current knowledge in the subject matter area and effective teaching/ learning strategies; - maintaining appropriate standards of professional conduct and ethics; - informing students of course requirements, evaluation procedures and attendance requirements; - preparing and grading class assignments and examinations and informing students of their academic progress; - maintaining attendance, scholastic, and personnel records and submitting them according to published deadlines; - posting and holding sufficient and regular office hours in accordance with prevailing policy; - participating in College's shared governance processes. We'll put each as
          • . Minimum Qualification paragraph: It's long with multiple OR options. We'll keep as is. Desirable Qualifications list: 1. Demonstrated experience teaching programming courses (e.g., C++, Java, Python) at the community college or university level, including both introductory and intermediate levels. 2. Experience designing and updating curriculum to align with current industry standards, including integration of hands-on labs, real-world projects, and modern development tools. 3. Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion through culturally responsive teaching practices and strategies that support the success of disproportionately impacted students. 4. Experience with multiple instructional modalities, including online, hybrid, and in-person teaching, and use of learning management systems (e.g., Canvas). 5. Industry experience or applied knowledge in areas such as software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, or cloud technologies. We'll convert to
            • . Schedule section: Could include "Position Status: Tenure-Track", "Employee Group: Full-Time Faculty", "Department: L6007-Computer Science", "Employment Begins: Fall 2027", "# of Months: 12". We'll make a paragraph. We should also include location and posting number maybe as metadata

before sections. But we could drop them as minor metadata. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Posting number and location might be considered substantive. But they said fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short

with "Posting Number: F01360 | Location: Los Medanos College". That's fine. We must not include application instructions (To apply, visit...). Remove that. Remove EEO boilerplate, copyright, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Posting Number: F01360 | Location: Los Medanos College
