Qualifications
- Ph.D. (Thesis Submitted/Thesis Awarded) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant specialization from a reputed institution.
- M.Tech./M.E. in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline with a consistently strong academic record.
- Minimum qualifications as per UGC norms.
Experience
- 0–5 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in curriculum delivery, laboratory instruction, project guidance, and student mentoring is desirable.
- Fresh Ph.D. graduates with a strong research profile are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning:
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Prepare course plans, lesson plans, teaching materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.
- Employ innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning practices.
- Ensure effective student engagement and achievement of course outcomes.
Student Mentoring:
- Mentor and guide students in academic, project, internship, and career development activities.
- Supervise B.Tech. and M.Tech. projects and encourage participation in technical competitions, hackathons, and innovation programs.
- Provide academic counseling and support to students inside and outside the classroom.
Research & Publications:
- Conduct quality research in emerging areas of Computer Science & Engineering.
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Contribute to funded research projects, consultancy assignments, patents, and innovation activities.
- Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary research initiatives.
Industry Engagement:
- Support industry-academia collaborations, internships, and certification programs.
- Participate in organizing workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and faculty development programs.
- Facilitate industry interaction to enhance students' employability and practical skills.
Academic Administration:
- Assist in curriculum development, course coordination, examination activities, and departmental administration.
- Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance initiatives such as NBA, NAAC, NIRF, and related academic processes.
- Participate in university committees and institutional development activities as assigned.
Institutional Contribution:
- Support admissions, student outreach, branding, and placement activities.
- Contribute to the university's vision of academic excellence, innovation, and global engagement.
- Undertake any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the department or university from time to time.
