Responsibilities
- Adherence to Time and Effort Schedule.
- Service on a minimum of 2 College or Clinic committees.
- Establish a regular schedule for student academic consultation and performance evaluation.
- Prepare and submit a current curriculum vitae each year.
- Provide, as needed, reserve time for individual student conferences/tutoring time.
- Advise interested students regarding independent research and/or provide such advice in your area of expertise.
- Attend and participate in Grand Rounds and Clinical Pathological Conferences (where applicable).
- Distinguish oneself within the profession through scholarly works such as publications, research, or other scholarly activities.
- Attend all required faculty and division meetings.
- Advise immediate supervisor of all emergency and known absence dates from scheduled duties.
- Participate in personal evaluation processes and remediation, as required.
- Adhere to the Faculty Dress Code as stated in the Faculty Handbook.
- Attend the Graduation Ceremony, White Coat Ceremony, and Annual Retreat.
- Provide academic or clinical coverage outside of normal scheduled hours for non-emergency assignments when given reasonable advance notice.
- Provide academic or clinical coverage for all emergency assignments.
- Become proficient in the utilization of educational and clinical technology products acquired by the College or Clinic for use in its programs.
- Participate in College recruitment presentations, Admission interviews, and Open House events, when feasible.
- Carry out the general responsibilities of full-time faculty to promote the sound development of your respective duties in keeping with the mission, goals, and objectives of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
Requirements
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
- CPME approved residency.
- Must be Board qualified or certified in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle (RRA) from ABFAS.
- NYS License and current DEA Certificate.

- Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal) required.
Pay
Maximum Salary: USD $170,000.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary: USD $136,000.00/Yr.
