About the role

The Department of Psychology, Counseling and Family Science at Lipscomb University seeks to fill a tenured track position at the Assistant Professor rank beginning August 1, 2026, in its CACREP-accredited M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.

Requirements

  • Hold a doctorate in Counselor Education from a CACREP-accredited institution
  • Experience teaching counseling at the graduate level
  • Practical/applied counseling experience
  • Eligible for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation in the state of TN
