About the role

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Human Genetics in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, residents, and genetics fellows within outpatient and inpatient clinical settings
• Give clinical lectures to trainees
• Provide outpatient and inpatient clinical care in one or more of the following specialties: clinical genetics, biochemical genetics, mitochondrial medicine, genomic medicine

Requirements

• M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree

Qualifications

• 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching responsibilities in the academic clinician track
