Assistant Production Manager

About the role

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead a team of production partners and production supervisors, as well as manage all aspects of a fast-paced, industrial (possibly multi-shift) laundry plant.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a budget, safety, production flow, and material costs
• Manage wastewater operations and departmental profit and loss
• Motivate, train, and direct Production Supervisors and entry-level production workers
• Key management responsibility and accountability for bottom-line results

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ production supervisory experience (preferred)
• P&L and budget experience (preferred)
