About the role
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with architects and engineers, and maintaining quality control standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work with other project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues and ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns and provide updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
