About the role

Responsible for acting as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients, managing project logistics, and ensuring creative production adheres to client direction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate file management
  • Create detailed schedules and estimates, negotiate rates, and specify usage rights
  • Maintain and track accurate project expenses to support estimating and invoicing
  • Schedule client projects
  • Attend pre-production meetings to document and disseminate creative direction for photography, styling, props, set building, hair & makeup, etc.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain shot lists, client image folders, and track digital images
  • Coordinate post-production services and organize digital files for client delivery
  • Manage sets to direct crew, oversee productivity, and ensure creative adherence to client direction
  • Ensure appropriate staging of product for each set to maximize productivity
  • Act as a liaison between the studio and the client, communicating missing items or questions
  • Attend turn-in meetings to document styling guidelines and merchant photography requests
  • Hire and supervise freelance resources (if applicable) and ensure deliverables
  • Conduct model castings and book models based on creative direction
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices
  • Maintain client contact and relations
  • Arrange catering for shoots and meetings
  • Attend to client’s and crew’s needs during production, troubleshooting as needed

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of creative production or project management experience
  • Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow projects through to completion
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent people skills and a team-player mindset

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the Photography Industry or related field
  • Experience in both still and fashion high-volume photography production
  • Knowledge of MS Office and intermediate understanding of Excel
  • MAC proficient

Pay

Hourly salary range: $21.39 to $49.57
