About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and drive results for all school student support functional teams: Discipline/Culture, Dean of Students, and possibly Specialized Services and College.
- Maintain critical collaboration between all student support teams to ensure an aligned approach for the non-cognitive and social-emotional development of students.
- Oversee all student support programming through MTSS and corresponding promotion results.
- Oversee the college counseling program, including senior college seminar, Summer of a Lifetime, early college exposure, and alignment with school-wide advisory structures.
- Coordinate testing, school-wide data support, and student scheduling.
- Plan and implement school events and services.
- Execute Noble’s student code of conduct with fidelity to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are held to high expectations and empowered to grow academically.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Active Illinois Teaching License preferred, not required.
Pay
Compensation for this position falls between $100,000 and $125,000 per year, representing the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within or outside this range.
