About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the educational goals of the school district.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal education laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other administrators and staff to improve student outcomes and school performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff to enhance teaching and learning environments.
- Engage with the community to promote the school district’s initiatives and address stakeholder concerns.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- A master’s degree in education administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience in a K-12 setting.
- Knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
