Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with school staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement and address equity gaps.
• Support teachers in creating inclusive classrooms and fostering a positive school climate.
• Collaborate with families and community members to enhance student learning and support.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school improvement plans aligned with the district's strategic goals.
• Provide professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to education.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years teaching experience.
• A Virginia teaching license with an endorsement in Administration and Supervision PK-12.
