Requirements
- Master’s degree (required).
- Massachusetts Assistant Principal/Principal licensure (or eligibility).
- At least 5 years of successful teaching experience.
- Proven leadership experience with measurable student achievement gains.
- Experience working with diverse, multilingual student populations.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and data-driven practices.
