Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize label manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency
• Maintain product quality and ensure specifications are met
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Accurately record production information using computer systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to achieve daily goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• 2+ years of manufacturing, printing, packaging, converting, or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and rulers
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Technical or trade school experience is a plus

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00/hour plus a $3.50/hour shift differential

Schedule

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday
