Be Above Worldwide Institute Inc. is a nonprofit children’s organization serving the Queens, Brooklyn, and Bronx communities. We provide quality center-based and home-based childcare services, focusing on holistic child development in a safe and nurturing environment. Our programs aim to offer a strong educational foundation and comprehensive support for both children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in classroom activities and daily operations.
• Assist with paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive team approach.
• Engage in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements

• CDA, associate degree, or bachelor's Degree.
• NYS Teacher Assistant Certification Level 1 (ATAS).
• DASA Certificate.
• School Violence Certificate.
• Willingness to assist with paperwork and be a team player.
• Spanish speaking is highly preferred.

Pay

$33,000 - $35,000 annually.
