About the role
Southeastern Museums Conference seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, social media management, and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for regional museum events and conferences.
- Manage social media accounts for the organization, including content creation and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Assist in organizing and promoting museum exhibitions and educational programs.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
