About the role

Southeastern Museums Conference seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, social media management, and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for regional museum events and conferences.
  • Manage social media accounts for the organization, including content creation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting museum exhibitions and educational programs.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
