What You'll Do

• Navigate and implement daily learning activities tailored to each child's developmental needs and interests.
• Support the lead teacher in maintaining daily routines and ensuring a smooth-running learning environment.
• Adhere to regulations and guidelines outlined by the Tennessee Department of Human Resources.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and guardians at pick-up times.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Applicants must be able to obtain Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification and pass a fingerprint background check.
• A team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills is highly desired.
• Applicants should be able to perform tasks requiring flexibility, such as kneeling, stooping, and standing for extended periods, to engage with children in activities.

Nice to Have

• Possession of a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a valuable asset.
• Experience working with preschool-age children can be a significant advantage in this role.
