Location: Lavonia, GA Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually Description: One of our clients is currently seeking Production Manager for their facility located in Northeast Georgia. They are seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations in a meat processing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with food safety and quality requirements. In a smaller facility, our Production Manager needs to be comfortable doing more than managing from an office. Looking for someone who can lead from the production floor, develop employees, solve problems, and keep production moving.
