Responsibilities

• Pitching Development - Assist in the development and management of the pitching staff.
• Bullpen Sessions and Individual Instruction - Conduct bullpen sessions and individual pitching instruction.
• Mechanical Analysis and Strategies - Provide mechanical analysis and pitch development strategies.
• Pre-Game and Recovery Routines - Develop and monitor pre-game and recovery routines.

Game Management

• Pitch Calling and Strategy - Assist with pitch calling and game-day strategy.
• Opponent Analysis - Analyze opponents and help create scouting reports.
• Usage Monitoring and Adjustments - Monitor pitcher usage and in-game adjustments.
• Catcher Collaboration - Work with catchers to develop game plans.

Mentorship & Leadership

• Positive Role Model - Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.
• Accountability and Discipline - Promote accountability, discipline, and personal growth.
• Championship Culture - Help create a championship culture built on trust and development.

Program Development

• Practices and Games - Attend and actively participate in practices and games.
• Recruiting and Evaluation - Assist with recruiting and evaluation when needed.
• Team Activities and Initiatives - Support team activities and staff initiatives.
• Building Competitive Program - Contribute to building a nationally competitive pitching program.
