Assistant Pharmacy Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, medication dispensing, and customer interactions.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practices.
• Training and supervising pharmacy staff.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Valid pharmacist license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
