Assistant Pastor needed in Newport, NH

About the role

Berean Baptist Church in Newport, New Hampshire seeks an assistant pastor. The church is Independent Fundamental Baptist, uses the KJV, and worships with traditional music. It averages 35-40 attendees per service.

Responsibilities

• Developing a youth program to enhance the American Heritage Girls and Trail Life programs currently in place.
• Pastoring duties, including preaching from time to time.

Requirements

• Outreach and mentoring skills.
• Ability to develop and lead youth programs.
• Willingness to engage in outside employment to cover housing costs.

Qualifications

• Relevant education from a Bible college or seminary.
• Experience in youth ministry or related fields.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
