Assistant Painting Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee painting projects from start to finish.
• Utilize Work Orders, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Schedule and supervise painting crews and other project personnel.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address any issues or delays. Ensure quality control by conducting regular site inspections and addressing any defects.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns or feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in the painting industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
