Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee painting projects from start to finish.
- Utilize Work Orders, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Schedule and supervise painting crews and other project personnel.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address any issues or delays. Ensure quality control by conducting regular site inspections and addressing any defects.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns or feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in the painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
