Assistant or Associate Professor of Political Science

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory and advanced courses in American politics and government, constitutional and public law, and judicial politics to political science and prelaw undergraduate students.
• Serve as the prelaw advisor to students interested in applying to law school.
• Demonstrate active interest in mentoring and inspiring students who are traditionally underrepresented in the field of law and legal careers.

Requirements

• A terminal degree in social sciences disciplines including but not limited to Political Science, public administration and public policy.
• The ABD status with evidence that degree will be completed before the beginning of the Fall 2024 semester will be considered.
