Job Description Shift: 1st Pay Rate: $19.00 Summary Assistant Conversion Operators are responsible for maintaining the quality of material being produced through continual adjustments of gauges that control machine speed. They are responsible for safety, quality control checks, and troubleshooting, while assisting the lead Operator in running the line. Assistant Operators aid the lead Operator in optimizing the machinery for the best production rate and scrap output.
