About the role
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with occasional weekend work, including overtime opportunities. The role offers growth potential and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in operating production machines, including setup, operation, clean-up, quality checks, and recommending improvements.
- Work diligently to improve set up times and minimize downtime.
- Identify and address mechanical issues and report to supervisor.
- Adhere to production schedules and work at a fast pace.
- Avoid defects by monitoring board quality and making adjustments as needed.
- Willing to learn and cross-train on other machines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and maintaining good housekeeping.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment
- At least 6 consecutive months of experience in some type of manufacturing operation, preferred
