Assistant Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid in conducting regular assessments and evaluations of the production plants to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to track the progress of operational enhancements and identify areas for further improvement.
• Summarize data for overall departmental improvement.
• Coordinate and communicate with plant managers and staff to ensure alignment with operational goals and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and resources to support the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to observe operations and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain productivity performance and implement improvements to meet targets.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and repairs required for the facility and production equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• 6 – 9 years experience, including supervisory experience in production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Office, etc.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 per year
