About the role

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Downtown SLC is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and fostering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of all departments
  • Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • Maintain hotel facilities to meet quality and brand standards
  • Cook up and coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and schedules
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for optimal performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • US Work Authorization
  • Must have working knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations from top to bottom

Pay

$17 - $21/hour

Schedule
