About the role
Fairfield Inn by Marriott Downtown SLC is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and fostering a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of all departments
- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain hotel facilities to meet quality and brand standards
- Cook up and coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and schedules
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for optimal performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- US Work Authorization
- Must have working knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations from top to bottom
Pay
$17 - $21/hour
