- Provides treatment under supervision of licensed occupational therapist
- Provides discharge planning information, which includes patient/family education, follow-up, and referral to community resources
- Contributes to the development of staff and students
- Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery
- Completes assigned goals

- Experience: Minimum Required - Minimum Required
- Education: Minimum Required - Preferred/Desired
- Training: Preferred/Desired
- Special Skills: Minimum Required - Basic Skills. Computer Literacy - Preferred/Desired
- Licensure: Minimum Required - Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice. Minimum Required - BLS certification within 14 days of hire date; Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice.
