About the role

Full Time, Nights. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all service line staff.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree
• Experience: 2-3 years RN experience in Pediatrics
• License: Registered Nurse
• Certifications:
  • BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS (PICU only)
  • PALS (American Heart Association)

Preferred Requirements

• Education: BSN
