The Assistant Nursing Director of Virtual Care Operations provides operational and clinical leadership across our nursing and care coordination functions. This leader is responsible for developing nursing leaders, creating scalable care delivery processes, ensuring clinical quality, and building the operational structure needed to support substantial growth. This role is designed for tomorrow's organization, not just today's team size. We're looking for a leader who can build the systems, people, and accountability structures that will support a rapidly growing virtual care model. This Role Is Built For Someone Who Is first and foremost a nurse leader with strong operational instinctsBelieves healthcare should be simpler, more affordable, and easier for members to navigateThinks in systems and scale, not just daily tasksLeads with compassion, accountability, and high standardsBuilds teams and develops future leadersThrives in a fast-moving environment where improvement is constantWants to help shape the future of healthcare delivery rather than maintain traditional processesIs energized by solving problems that improve the lives of members and families What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Registered Nurse (RN) license; other advanced clinical licensure (NP, PA) or equivalent clinical leadership background will be consideredMaster of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Science in Nursing Leadership (MSN), or equivalent advanced leadership education7+ years of healthcare experience, including meaningful clinical experience and progressive leadership responsibility5+ years of leadership experience, including leading managers, supervisors, team leads, or other nursing leadersExperience in healthcare operations, virtual care, telehealth, care coordination, utilization management, case management, referrals, or similar healthcare delivery environmentsDemonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming teams and operational processesStrong operational, financial, and analytical acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills and executive presenceBased in the Phoenix, AZ area or able to reliably work in-person Preferred Experience leading virtual nursing or telehealth teamsExperience with eClinicalWorks, CRM systems, and healthcare operations platformsExperience designing staffing models, workforce plans, and organizational structuresExperience in a high-growth healthcare organizationHistory of promotion into progressively larger leadership roles due to strong performance and results Why Join Redirect Health Not Your Traditional Healthcare Leadership Role Many healthcare leadership roles focus on navigating bureaucracy, managing staffing shortages, and maintaining legacy systems.
