Assistant Nurse (RN) Manager - Operating Room (OR)
About the role
The Assistant Manager, Nursing (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in the supervision and coordination of nursing services within a designated patient care area. This role involves planning, providing, supervising, and documenting professional nursing care using the nursing process for patients in accordance with provider orders and established policies and procedures. The ANM plays a key role in promoting quality outcomes, staff development, operational efficiency, and a culture of excellence in patient and family-centered care.

Requirements
- Current North Carolina unrestricted RN license.
- Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Associate's Degree of Nursing (ADN) is required; Bachelor's Degree of Nursing is preferred.
- Two to three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Specialty experience in Operating Room (OR) is required.
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred.
Pay
Hourly range: $43.40 - $59.68. Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.
Schedule
Full-time (36 hours/week) with 9-hour shifts (4 days per week - rotating Monday to Friday) and occasional call.
