Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (OR RN) - ORMC Surgery - Full Time / Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately and timely.
• Adhere to infection control practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
