Assistant Nurse Manger - Full Time - Day shift 6am-2pm, rotating weekends, rotating holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead with empathy and passion for behavioral health and recovery support
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced residential setting
• Mentor staff and manage workflows to uphold compliance standards
• Manage staff scheduling and coverage
• Participate in utilization review and quality improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to solve problems and manage crises

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of SUD/Behavioral Health (BH) nursing experience in a residential setting
• Current RN license in good standing for the applicable state and current CPR certification
• Minimum of 3 years of SUD or Mental Health nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an entry-level leadership role
• Proven ability to mentor staff, manage workflows, and uphold compliance standards
• Preferred experience in staff scheduling, utilization review, quality improvement initiatives, and problem-solving in a fast-paced residential setting

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Degree from an accredited professional nursing program; BSN preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a nursing role

$100,000 - 105,000 annually
