About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Neurology provides specialized patient care, coordinates staff management, and maintains equipment in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Oversees patient care plans based on assessments and medical treatments, ensuring optimal wellness outcomes.
• Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and maintaining operational productivity, as well as handling payroll, staff communication, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports departmental budget goals.
• Provides patient-centered neurological care.
• Supports staff management.
• Ensures equipment maintenance.
• Contributes to departmental operations and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• RN license.
• 2‑5 years of nursing experience.
• Prior neurology experience advantageous.
• Flexibility to assist during night shifts if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5‑10 years of experience preferred.
