About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to oversee clinical and operational activities during night shifts in a highly recognized Magnet® hospital.

Responsibilities

• Support the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, and evaluating services.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Implement policies, coach, mentor, and collaborate to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide managerial presence across shifts and contribute to performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or BSN; RN license in California.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred experience in acute care, charge nurse roles, leadership, and shared governance.
