Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - Med Surg Neuro (Nights)

About the role

Manage all aspects of specialty area, including direct daily supervision of staff working on assigned team, inventory control, assignment of team members. Coordinates case planning, patient flow and implementation of processes. Responsible for Team success on identified quality measures such as patient hospital acquired conditions and fiscal responsibility for their unit.

Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework
• Experience: One year of related experience
• Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
• Licenses and Certifications: GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE
• Supervision: Has limited supervision over a large section of employees

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and certification preferred
• CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• B.S.N. preferred
