Assistant Mobile Instructor

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist instructors in delivering skill-specific baseball and softball instruction in our facilities and at fields throughout the community.
• Help build positive relationships with athletes, families, and coaches.
• Aid in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of equipment for training programs and events.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure age and ability-appropriate content is delivered in team, camp/clinic, and small group settings.
• Learn and utilize technologies to enhance instruction and athlete experience.
• Attend staff meetings, instructor meetings, and company events as needed.
• Travel to surrounding communities for programs may be required.

Requirements

• Experience playing and/or coaching baseball or softball (Minimum of High School experience preferred).
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructional plans and adapt them to meet the needs of various age groups and skill levels.
• A supportive and encouraging mindset with a passion for helping young athletes learn and grow.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with experienced instructors.
