About the role
Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the operation of the men's tennis program and adherence to NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day practice preparation and instruct student-athletes on these systems and concepts.
- Evaluate student-athletes to identify strengths and deficiencies.
- Provide individual skill instruction, supervision, and motivation to student-athletes.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly, and day-to-day practice planning and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role.
Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
