Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

Job Responsibilities

• Supports the Head Coach in developing, organizing, and administering a competitive collegiate Soccer program.
• Participates in student-athlete development, recruitment, and team operations.
• Fosters a culture of excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship.
• Ensures compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior coaching experience in Soccer is required.
• A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
• Strong skills in providing excellent customer service and strong ethics are required.

Additional Comments:

• Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration are required.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is required.
• Athletic knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the game of soccer are required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to develop good rapport with students, parents, and staff are required.
