About the role

The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach will assist in the development and implementation of the team's training programs, game strategies, and overall performance. This position will also involve recruiting new players, managing team finances, and maintaining relationships with current players and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and game strategies
• Recruit new players and manage team finances
• Maintain relationships with current players and their families
• Participate in team meetings and practices
• Collaborate with the head coach on player development and team dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sports science, coaching, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the college level
• Experience with NCAA rules and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soccer techniques and tactics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

$50,000 annually

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
