Internal Medicine Practices in Sumter County are seeking strong candidates with management experience to oversee a busy practice. Office hours are Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of management experience in healthcare
  • E-Clinical experience preferred
  • Must speak English and Spanish
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Electronic Medical Records

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative, supervision, and managerial functions of day-to-day office operations
  • Provide high-quality care to patients and physicians through organization and leadership
  • Handle and oversee check-in/check-out, co-pay collection, and phone answering
  • Address patient billing questions and work billing clarification logs
  • Ensure charge capture and resolve missing diagnosis or CPT information
  • Multitask and prioritize based on business needs in an ever-changing environment

Pay

Base salary starts at $45,000. Competitive salary plus full benefits package.
