ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides fast, friendly service to all Price Chopper customers.
- Operates the meat department in the absence of the meat manager.
- Cuts all meat in accordance with trim "specs" and guidelines and ensures the quality and freshness of product in the meat case to promote optimal opportunity for sales.
- Provides excellent customer service (both internally and externally) and courtesy on an on-going basis.
- Adheres to all sanitation guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
- Ability to pass a cutting test.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 6-12 months of related experience.
