About the role
The Assistant Marketing Manager enhances Desert Diamond Arena’s brand identity, visual standards, and fan experience. This role focuses on developing content, campaigns, and creative experiences that strengthen the venue’s brand presence and connection with fans.
Responsibilities
- Develop original content that is engaging, trend-aware, and resonates with live event fans
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce in-arena signage and branded visuals
- Support in the creation, execution, and optimization of dynamic email campaigns
- Aids in data tracking of all marketing-related efforts
- Create engaging marketing graphics using the Adobe Suite
- Organize and execute media-related duties during events when required
- Lead the creative execution of backstage artist experiences
- Create visual sales pieces for Premium Sales and Private Event Sales
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, positive attitude, and professional appearance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related area of study required
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Advanced Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and nights and weekends when required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
