About the role

The Assistant Manager at West Point oversees daily operations, manages staff, and ensures customer satisfaction in the West Point store.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock levels, and product displays.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure efficient service and compliance with policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and handle customer relations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
