Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk - WINTER GARDEN

About the role

Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure AT&T customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. You’ll partner with a store manager to oversee daily operations, assist with merchandising and product launches, and help meet and exceed sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations in partnership with the store manager
• Assist with merchandising and product launches

• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals

Requirements

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
• Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork

Pay

Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500 - $71,300 in annual salary plus up to $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
