TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. We carry a wide selection of name-brand products, and are stocked with Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, and even clothing and gifts!
Responsibilities
- Affirms the company's mission of returning every traveler to the road better than they came.
- Leads, motivates, trains, and develops team members to enhance the Store department's performance.
- Ensures profitability by managing people, product, service, and facility processes, focusing on revenue and profit.
- Manages staff, recruits, hires, and retains high-quality team members.
- Implements marketing functions and assists the General Manager with operations.
- Works flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Adheres to safety standards and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma (or GED) is required.
- Supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center, or related industry is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational understanding of POS software.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $21.00 - 22.00 per hour. The actual pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
