Responsibilities

• Instructs store personnel on customer service and store appearance standards in coordination with the store manager
• Supports store management in fulfilling their responsibilities
• Manages store personnel and customer relations
• Enforces all policies and procedures established for store level
• Maintains company standards related to store conditions and general housekeeping
• Maintains prompt and accurate checkout service and cashier accuracy
• Ensures cash accountability and accurate store bookkeeping in the absence of the store manager
• Checks and verifies store product receiving to ensure items are all delivered and in good condition and entered into the computer accurately
• Supervises and helps maintain Country Fair Food Service programs including freshness, product availability, coding, temperatures and sanitation by reviewing throughout the shift
• Fulfills all security standards and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of customer service/supervisory experience in a retail service or fast food environment
